I believe words have a huge significance and the words we choose to use about ourselves can have a big difference on what we believe is possible. And so, I have carefully created 20 affirmation cards that aim to boost self confidence, self belief and positivity.
 
The cards themselves are based on themes of nature and animals within a woodland setting. Designed and illustrated by myself, they are printed onto 107mmx74mm 350gsm silk art board with a matt lamination. There are 20 affirmation cards and 1 card with more information of how to use them. Each pack of 21 cards will be packed inside a small cotton bag for protection.
