Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of postage and buyers are responsible for this cost. We suggest keeping proof of postage. A full refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned in its original condition. We happy to exchange items free of charge if you pay for the postage sent to us for the swap just let us know!
